NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:-
1.A vacancy has occurred in the Parish of Nettlestone and Seaview for a Councillor to serve on the Parish Council.
2.If ten local government electors for the Parish of Nettlestone and Seaview give notice in writing on or before the 14th June 2024 to:

County Hall
Newport
Isle of Wight
PO30 1UD
that they wish an election to be held to fill the vacancy, then a by-election will be held.
3.If notice is not given as mentioned in (2) above, the Nettlestone and Seaview Parish Council will proceed to fill the before-mentioned vacancy by co-option.
