Island Roads has opened a consultation on a proposed Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) that would introduce new No Waiting at Any Time parking restrictions in parts of Seaview Lane and Rowantree Drive.
If approved, the TRO will apply to the following areas:
- Seaview Lane (west side): from a point 39.5 metres north to a point 110.5 metres south of its junction with Rowantree Drive.
- Seaview Lane (east side): from a point 39.5 metres north to a point 48 metres south of its junction with Rowantree Drive.
- Rowantree Drive (both sides): from its junction with Seaview Lane to a point 12.5 metres east of the junction.
Should this TRO be enacted, it will act as an enabler for the commencement of the Gibb Well Field development.
