Reflexology – Hand Massage – Reflexology Workshop – Sunday 28-May, 10am to 1pm
Learn how to safely perform a basic Reflexology treatment on the hands for improved health and wellbeing. Reflexology will improve circulation and skin tone and renew energy levels creating a harmonious balance within in the body, mind and spirit.
Workshop costs £15/£8 concession and takes place at The Learning Centre, Westridge, Ryde.
